Trees are a vital component in the ecosystem –they not only give oxygen, store carbon, stabilize the soil and give refuge to wildlife, but also provide materials for tools, shelter and ultimately, food for both animals and human beings. Spell The Word?
Spelling Bees are a fantastic way of driving improvement in any school. They are a fun way of giving something to celebrate in assembly. Pupils who benefit the most are those who are not used to excelling in academic areas. On Friday 4th February, Crownhill School had an Upper Primary Spelling Bee. Former Crownhill School Pupil Wins Scholarship
Former pupil, Charmaine Daka, has won a Scholarship with Sentinel Kabitaka School, in partnership with First Quantum Minerals Ltd, for the Cambridge International General Certificate of General Education (IGCSE) programme. This is a 3-Year Programme that commenced in January, 2022. We are very proud of Charmaine and extend our congratulations to her. We wish her the best in her future endeavours.
